Working Groups

AIPA organizes specialized Working Groups, which focus on specific procedural or substantive matters, with a view to analyzing current practices, discussing issues and criticisms raised by practitioners and users of arbitration, and proposing ways forward and improvements. Working groups are invited to report on their discussions and progress during the yearly AIPA conferences.

Currently, there are three active working groups:

· Working Group on Delay Analysis in International Arbitration, led by Arnaud Ingen-Housz.

· Working Group on Case Management Conferences, led by Pierre-Yves Gunter.

· Working Group on the Quantification of Damages in International Arbitration, led by Fabienne Borde.

If you want to learn more about a working group, please contact the AIPA Secretary at [add email address].
